Readings are written in the voice of an editorial persona (such as "Mira" or "Ida Astral") and sold under the brand "The True Sign". These are editorial names, not individual astrologers. The Seller is the individual entrepreneur named above.
We sell two personalized digital astrology readings. Each is prepared from the birth details you give us and delivered to your email as a PDF file.
Your Full Reading: a written reading that answers a set of 24 questions about you (who you are, love, money, the people around you, work and home, and your timing), prepared from the birth details and the answers you gave in our quiz.
One-Question Reading: a reading focused on one question you choose, prepared from the birth details and the question you submit in the form after checkout.
Readings are computed by our astrology engine from your birth data and written in the editorial persona's voice. Nobody reads your chart by hand.
Readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection only. They describe what your chart leans toward; they are not predictions of future events and are not professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, financial, legal or otherwise). You remain responsible for your own decisions. We make no guarantee of any specific outcome.
Prices are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider LavaTop (lava.top); we do not receive or store your full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed.
Your Full Reading needs no form: we use the birth details and answers from the quiz, and your reading is sent to you as a PDF within 24 hours of your order, to the email you used in the quiz. If you paid with a different email, write to us so we can match your order.
One-Question Reading: right after checkout you are taken to a short form where you give your birth details and your one question. The countdown starts when that form arrives, not at payment: your reading is then sent to you as a PDF within 48 to 72 hours, or within 24 hours if you added priority delivery at checkout.
Please check your inbox and Spam/Promotions folders. If it has not arrived in that window, or you entered the wrong email, write to mira@thetruesign.com and we will resend it.
If a reading does not feel true to you, you may request a full refund within 60 days — see our Refund Policy. You keep the file.
